Our approach to this project was to first have a clear understanding of all the types of users. From customers to enterprising Mo’Cha enthusiasts and franchise prospectors. This allowed us to craft a web experience that facilitated the wide range of goals for the business and ensured users get to where they are motivated to go with ease and delight.
We analyzed websites of competitors and made sure we took inspiration from effective design and avoided the failures of others. We arrived with a site that continues to grow organically through search, and convert more franchise leads than their office can keep up with.
Our team took on the creative challenge to capture each bubble tea ingredient in such a way that customers would not be able to resist purchasing one after watching. The result was a brand film, plus multiple short product clips that fully encapsulated what it's like to enjoy any one of Mo'Cha's many unique Bubble Tea's products.
